You can easily book your initial service through our website contact form, WhatsApp, or email. For recurring services, we offer a personalized schedule (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly) and will send you reminders before each visit.
Are the cleaners trustworthy and supervised?
Absolutely. All our cleaners are full-time, trained employees, not temporary workers. They work in teams under a supervising team leader, and are fully vetted for your peace of mind and the security of your villa.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you do not. Most of our villa owners provide us with access via a key safe, lockbox, or a trusted house manager. We are experienced in working around your schedule and ensuring your property is secure before, during, and after our service.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand plans change. We request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without any charge. This allows us to manage our team’s schedule effectively.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If any area does not meet the standard you expected, simply notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean that specific area at no additional cost.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
